CONCIERGE
Presenting a warm, welcoming manner in a professional setting, the Concierge desk is the first point of contact for both residents and guests of Hordern Towers. Providing a readily accessible contact person on behalf of the Owners Corporation while performing an important administrative function in relation to the day to day operational requirements of the building, the Concierge typically maintains a constant presence in the one location except for short periods when performing other duties.
Duties of the Concierge include:
- Meet and greet residents and their guests.
- Attend to the daily needs of residents such as taking receipt of deliveries and parcels.
- Ensure access to the building is restricted to only authorised persons.
- Keep a log of events (such as noise complaints, security breaches, common property maintenance issues).
- Take bookings for the recreational Squash Court.
- Administer all onsite service personnel working on behalf of the Owners Corporation.
- Manage people and vehicle movement in the building.
- Maintain a database of tradespeople and contractors.
- Perform routine building inspections with the building manager, including pre and post move inspections.
- Safely keep residents’ apartment keys, common property trades keys and security devices.
- Raise the alert if a situation poses a potential threat to property or residents.
- Management and supervision of residents moving in and out of the building ensuring minimum disruption and ensuring no damage occurs to the Common Property.
