CAR PARK

Hordern Towers has 6 levels of restricted residential parking from Level 2 to Level 7. No Visitor Parking is available in the Residential Area of the Car Park.

Residents entering by car may use the Pitt Street or Goulburn Street entrance ramp to access the Hordern Towers designated parking area. Exiting the car park leads onto Pitt Street only.

The Hordern Towers car park is located at basement levels integrated within the World Square car parking station. Residents with a designated car space will be issued with two security cards - a World Square parking card, and a Hordern Towers proximity card. When arriving at the first set of boom gates, the resident will use the World Square parking card to gain access into the parking station. The resident may then use the Hordern Towers proxy card to enter the restricted residential parking area on the designated car space level.

Most apartments are provided with at least one car space on title. Although it may be permitted to lease your car space to another resident the owner or primary tenant is entirely responsible for the actions and behaviour of the third party. Additional insurance cover (Public Liability etc) may be required to be obtained by the resident when leasing a car space. 

Any parking infringements relating to non compliance of the By-Laws will be strenuously enforced.
