SWIMMING POOL

The Swimming Pool is available daily for the exclusive use of residents and their guests from 6:00am to 11:00pm. However, guests must be accompanied by the resident at all times. Although general instructions are provided for the facility it is recommended that residents seek independent medical advice before use and always use the facility accompanied by another person.

The Pool is located on Level 23.

 Please familiarise yourself with the resuscitation and safety instructions provided.

Pool Rules

• Running in the area and jumping or diving in the Pool is extremely hazardous and is not permitted.
• Undue noise should be avoided at all times to ensure the comfort of others.
• For safety reasons glass containers and the consumption of food and drinks (including alcohol) is not permitted within the area.
• All users of the Pool must be towelled dry, wearing shoes and suitably dressed (shirt and pants) when travelling to and from the facility.
• Please leave the facility in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of your activity.
• No person under the age of thirteen (13) is permitted to use the Pool unless supervised by an adult exercising effective control.
• Be considerate of other people also using the Pool facilities.
• No Smoking is permitted.

SPA / JACUZZI

The Spa is available for use by residents and their guests from 6:00am to 11:00pm. Although general instructions are provided for the facility it is recommended that residents seek independent medical advice before use and always use the facility accompanied by another person. Guests must only use the facility in the company of the resident.

No person under the age of thirteen (13) is permitted to use the Spa unless supervised by an adult exercising effective control.

The use of oils, perfumes, soaps and other similar products are not permitted to be applied when using the Spa.

The Spa is located on Level 23.
