Each apartment contains a fully ducted air conditioning unit which is connected to the main condenser system in the building. Each unit allows the occupant to control the temperature of the apartment by adjusting the wall mounted controller.

The Owners Corporation recommends for each owner to have their filters cleaned and checked regularly by a licensed contractor.
